He leads and motivates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing team. Jackson also oversees all operations of the business to ensure the team produces the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. His business is a family run business. Allen Jackson is a passionate entrepreneur and during his tenure as the chief executive officer; he has advocated for inclusivity, teamwork and partnerships.

Allen Jackson is the COO of Transit Consortium Logistics, LLC partnered with Amazon. He implements structural changes based on opportunities and white spaces within the business. Allen Jackson is tasked with daily operations that are aligned with the CEO’s vision. He also handles dispatch operations and IT administration. Allen has an understanding of business functions such as marketing and technology. During his tenure as the chief operations officer; he has advocated for efficiency, optimization and expansion.
